Contracts/Licenses

• Added "Third-Party Usage (Standard Credentials)" to contracts in progress
  For each contract, you can now check the characters, tokens, and document transactions consumed with the credentials provided as standard with MTrans, together with their limits.

  * Usage with your own credentials registered under "Integrations" is not counted
  * The Windows version of MTrans for Office manages its limits separately and is not included. Usage is not shared between the Windows and XP versions

Usage History

• Renamed the "MT/LLM Usage" tab to "Third-Party (MT/LLM/API) Usage"

• Added the "Adobe Document Transactions" graph
  This is the usage recorded when the AI proofing function of MTrans for Office (XP version) uses the Adobe Acrobat Services API.

• Changed the output of the CSV export as follows:

  • Renamed the "MT Engine / LLM" column to the "API" column (in addition to MT engines and large language models, the name of the third-party API is output)
  • Added the "Credential Owner" column ("System" or "User" is output)
  • Added "Document Transactions" to the values of "Usage Unit"

  * "-" is output in the "Credential Owner" column for the usage before August 31, 2026 and for the usage of MTrans for Office (Windows version)

Translation function "MTrans Web"

• Added the Background Translation function as part of the file translation function

  Background Translation (new function)	Translation continues even after you close the page, and you will be notified by email when it is complete. Suitable when you have a large number of files or large files to translate.

AI Proofing Rule Set

• Renamed the "Proof Unit" pull-down items in the prompt as follows:
  • "All" → "All at Once"
  • "By Page/Sheet" → "Page / Sheet / Slide" (The AI proofing function of MTrans for Office (XP version) now supports PowerPoint)
• Changed the "All" checkbox in the proof targets column to the "All Text" checkbox
• Added the "Include images (PowerPoint only)" checkbox to the proof targets column (available for prompts only)

Glossary Function

• Added a restriction that prohibits importing terms containing line breaks in the glossary import function
  • For CSV/TSV format files, fields enclosed in double quotes that contain line breaks are treated as error files and excluded from import
  • For TBX format files, term elements that contain line breaks are treated as error files and excluded from import

Glossary Function

• Added the ability to set each term as either "Term" or "Phrase" (added a "Type" column to the term list)
  • Term: Set when registering single words or compound words
  • Phrase: Set when registering specific phrases or sentences (search/replace is performed by exact match only)
• Added two options for case sensitivity:
  1. Case sensitivity option - Sets whether to distinguish between uppercase and lowercase when searching for terms in the source text
  2. Case conversion option - Sets the case style for terms applied as translations
• Abolished the part-of-speech setting function for setting "Common Noun" or "Proper Noun"
  ※ If a term is registered as a proper noun in any language, the case sensitivity option will be set to ON and the case conversion option will be set to "Fix".
